Description

TEAM AVANT-GΔRDE
is what you get when you mash together a Roselia with a huge ego and a Skarmory with a case of insecurity. Prior to their arrival in Rift City, they seem to have traveled together for some time because of their apparent really close bond. They are polar opposites, but both are convinced that that was exactly what made them strong.

Personality
--Marius is a Roaring Iceberg to the core - really, all he wants are awesome adventures, a chance to travel the world, and a bad guy or two to beat up... in style. Despite his rowdy and flashy preferences, he embraces politeness, grace, and poise, and has the manners of a gentleman. He does have a few thorns in pride, but ultimately, the little guy has a brave and big heart to equal that big head.

History
--Marius grew up in an uneventful village and lived in a berry orchard owned and run by his family. He was often busy with chores and work, but he had always wondered what it was like to be busy outside the orchard, joining one of those guilds and embarking on adventures. He eventually gained his parents' permission to leave on the long journey. It was then when he crossed paths with a certain iron bird: sweet, shy, a little afraid, but with knowledge and skills he didn't have. Being very social, he immediately and unashamedly asked her if she would become his traveling partner.

--Soft-spoken Delta prefers solitude and shies away from the limelight, her lack of self-esteem obvious due to habitual fidgeting and stuttering. However, behind this timid exterior lie her most notable strengths: an intelligent mind with a knack for the technical and a kind heart with genuine love for others. Delta may not be the bravest bird ever, but her selfless and sensitive nature enable her to pull through for her friends. It's just a pity that she seems to live in such fear....

History
--Delta was raised in a sheltered and lonely mansion with her parents where she never had to step out of her comfort zone. Having a passion for engineering, her hobbies consist of reading books and tinkering with contraptions. She isn't very open with why she left home in the first place except for the fact that she "had to if she wanted to change." It was then when she crossed paths with a certain little rose: full of gusto and bravado, and unnervingly charming.... And the rest, they say, is history.
